Step Change Engineering has been invited to speak at the forthcoming Energy Institute monthly meeting in December. This event will focus on the historical approach to engineering and design of Offshore facilities, and ways in which significant improvements can be made in terms of costs and schedules.
These improvements are essentially around Organisations, Behaviours, Workflow/Data Management, and Materials. The event will focus on smaller modifications and repair orders, and will introduce some new ways of working that provide a step change in the way minor modifications and repair orders can be delivered more efficiently.
Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from John Wilson, managing director of Step Change Engineering. John has 27 years’ international experience in the oil & gas industry, covering the entire petroleum life-cycle from initial feasibility and evaluation through to front end engineering management, detailed design delivery, commissioning and production start-up, and operations troubleshooting.
