Neil's early drawing office experience led him to work for BP in 1984, working on refinery upgrades for a site in Western Australia.
Owing to the early evolution of CAD, Neil gained considerable experience in the use and deployment of 2D and 3D CAD applications within the oil and gas industry. For over 20 years he gained practical experience in onshore and offshore brownfield modifications, changing roles as the industry requirements also changed to become a CAD coordinator.
His previous role as global head of technical applications for Wood Group PSN saw him managing a team of applications engineers, and their associated design applications, across offices stretching from Aberdeen to Melbourne and Houston to Newfoundland.
He brings with him to Step Change Engineering a proven track record of ability and respect in the industry.
